My sister and I had a huge issue when items in the storage unit blocked us opening and after trying for some time I knew I needed assistance. I went to the front office and was greeted my Neilton who calmly asked me what the issue was and escorted me to the unit. After trying for several minutes he was able to crawl and unjam the unit. I appreciate his patience, courtesy and Excellent customer service.

People are friendly. Facility’s cleanliness is good - did get some mouse droppings in my unit. My issue was with getting a unit and after a four months they raised the price more than 100%! Not 10 or 20%… but more than 100% at once. Claimed its current market, yet they were running specials for new people to rent same unit for close to what I was paying at the same. Tried to discuss this with corporate but said call local office. Tried to discuss with local office but pricing they offered was still 90% more than what I paid and was not able to honor my current pricing (or slight increase). Feels very dishonest. It sucks bc I have multiple units with Extra space and am in the process of moving all to different company bc of this experience.
Added: You do mention in your response to my comment to contact you, yet I have already contacted your offices to find a solution and the solution offered is mentioned above - still 90% more than what I was paying for the unit. That is not an acceptable resolution at all.

They changed my monthly from $120 to almost 300 $ a month within 2 -3months of me moving in. They give you all these excuses as to why and put it in the agreement, but this is a very greedy practice from this company to have drastically increase prices. Now I have to find another place find movers so inconvenient. I would not recommend at all.
