Similar to another reviewer, we are beyond frustrated that we cannot get ahold of anyone to service our Swimspa. We purchased our SS from this company a few years ago, including warranty. They closed our pool in the winter 2025. Now it’s July 2026 and we cannot get ahold of anyone to reopen our pool. We have called almost twenty times and no one has answered the phone once in two weeks. We have left six messages and submitted two online service forms. At this rate, we may lose the entire summer of swimming with our pool closed, including our child’s swim birthday party. So frustrated.

Is there actually a service department at Capital Hot Tubs? My hot tub was installed on April 6, and arrived with a missing knob for one of the jets. The installers said that they would bring the knob out the following day. That didn’t happen so I submitted an online service request and placed numerous calls and emails to the sales and service departments over several weeks. I also requested service on the salt system. Eight weeks later and still no response. I even let the salesperson know that I would be writing a Google review if there was no response to my request, but that didn’t help either. Now one of the jets on the hot tub is not working. The salesman told me that there was a lot of turnover in the service department, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of response. I can not recommend Capital Hot Tubs at this time due to their poor service.

Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!Bought a Hot tub from them about 2yrs ago. The Hot Tub was great and we paid them to do the monthly service on it. The hot tub got a leak almost 1 year ago!!! We called because it is under warranty.... We have been waiting for 8 months to get it fixed!!! Have called several times and get the run around !!!! We spent over $10,000.00 with them and have a worthless hot tub!!!!! I would spend my money some where else!!!!!!!!

We ordered a sauna just before the end of the year and it was delivered to our garage on January 14th. Unfortunately, the experience from that point forward has been incredibly frustrating and poorly managed.
After delivery, we heard nothing from the company for a week until I reached out myself to ask about installation. Only then did our delivery coordinator follow up with the installers and inform us that installation would need to be delayed “another week” due to the upcoming snowstorm — something everyone already knew was coming.
What makes this even more frustrating is that if the delivery coordinator had been proactive with scheduling installation, the sauna could have been fully installed well before the snowstorm ever hit (they had 10 days!). Instead, the lack of planning on their end created unnecessary delays from the very beginning.
After the snow melted nearly a month later (with our car stuck outside because this sauna has been sitting in my garage), we again received no outreach whatsoever to schedule installation. I had to follow up multiple times, and my emails went unanswered for four days before I finally received a response.
The most frustrating part of this experience happened on the scheduled installation date, when we were suddenly told — for the very first time — that we needed to hire a painter to paint and "seal" the sauna after their installation. This requirement had never been mentioned AT ANY POINT during the sales process, delivery, or any of the previous communications.
Now we need to figure this out within four days before rain is expected. Being given a last-minute requirement like this on a major purchase is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of planning and professionalism.
This was supposed to be an exciting purchase for our family, but instead it has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience driven entirely by poor communication and disorganization.
For a product at this price point, the level of service we received is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying a sauna from this company.
EDIT: In response to the owner: Yes, your installers did stain the sauna for us but 1) we had to pay extra for that service separately 2) i also ran to the store to grab them the necessary supplies to do it. We are grateful the installers were able to understand our frustration and help us but let's not give the impression that this was done for free or to make things right after this bad experience.
