    We had an outstanding experience with Blinds To Go installation service. The two gentlemen who came to our home, especially Kern, did an exceptional job installing blinds for 25 windows along with drapery treatments throughout the house. They worked incredibly hard, spending nearly eight hours carefully completing the installation with great attention to detail and professionalism. Kern went above and beyond by helping with placement decisions, offering thoughtful suggestions, and making sure everything looked perfect. The team was courteous, efficient, and very respectful of our home throughout the entire process. The final result looks beautiful, and we are completely impressed with the quality of their work and dedication. We truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them.

    Unprofessional Service and Poor Inventory Management I am writing this to caution potential customers regarding the deceptive business practices at Blinds To Go. My experience involved a recurring failure to fulfill contractual obligations after payment was rendered. • First Failure: A representative visited my home, and an order was placed. A week later, I was informed the selected fabric was out of stock. • Second Failure: After a second home visit to select a replacement, I waited another week only to be told by a manager (Debbie) that the motors are now on "backfill." • Financial Impact: The company held my funds for two weeks while failing to secure the necessary components for my order. The management simply suggested a refund, effectively wasting two weeks of my time. This level of incompetence in inventory tracking and customer retention is unacceptable. Proceed with extreme caution. I want to rate minus Response to Business owner: Thank you for your response. I did return Destiny’s voicemail but no luck, and I was later contacted by Marcella. We spoke regarding the situation and the ongoing issues with my order. However, my primary concern remains unresolved. Inventory management, backorder tracking, internal communication, and customer notifications are entirely the responsibility of Blinds To Go as a business entity. Customers should not bear the financial or operational consequences of failures within your internal systems. Unfortunately, that is exactly what occurred in my case. Not only did I not receive my order within the committed timeframe, but my funds remained tied up during this period without any resolution or meaningful alternative offered. As someone who actively manages and invests capital across multiple investment portfolios, the unnecessary delay directly impacted my ability to allocate and utilize my funds elsewhere. In addition to the financial implications, the repeated back-and-forth communication, uncertainty, and time spent addressing these issues — including loss of personal weekend time — remain entirely unaccounted for. At this stage, I would like to clearly understand what corrective action and compensation Blinds To Go intends to provide for the financial loss, inconvenience, and wasted time caused by these system and operational failures. I look forward to your response with a concrete resolution.
