  I reached out to 3 separate pool companies to discuss work on my pool. Amy Root, from Coastal Pools, contacted me immediately! She put me in touch with John Arnold, one of their design consultants. John understood exactly what I needed and a plan was put into action. When it was time for installation Daniel, one of the company’s project managers, contacted me and sent out an installation team. Coastal Pools has a fairly large staff. If they are all half as efficient, knowledgeable and courteous as the few I had the pleasure of working with, then you will fully understand why I am giving this company my highest praise.   Started in the fall of 2025 with Coastal to replace our liner. Had two quotes ( one that was considerably lower) but chose Coastal as our salesman, Kevin, assured me they would have better service and results. We chose a liner after visiting their showroom to see and experience the texture and true colors, sn upgraded liner with texture and thicker matetisl. Said it was a popular pick! We were told that they attend their yearly trade show in late January smd would have new liner choices and we could change if we saw something different. Fast forward to April...we were contacted that our liner was ordered and would be ready to install. We scheduled the date. They arrived, removed the old liner, began to install the new liner, water truck arrived and then they were gone with the liner unfinished and an empty pool. Nicole contacted me to inform us that the liner didn't fit snd someone would be there soon to measure again.After a week had gone by, ( a baby fox had fallen in the empty pool and couldn't get out because they left the liner across the steps...we had to save it) someone came to take measurements. After a month of waiting, we scheduled the install for the second liner. Again, they left with the liner not fitting. Received a call from Mel, apologizing and explaining that we needed to pick a new liner as the roll they used for ours was defective. Told it would be done quickly if we could make a decision within 3 days and any upgrades would be taken care of because of the circumstances We were able to choose new liner and let them know within 3 days. Weeks went by so I followed up and they assured me install would be soon. Finally, after 1 month the new liner was scheduled ( "third times a charm" she said in the text🫤) They arrived early and the liner fit! The water trucks (4) filled the pool. The install crew had left, leaving all the paperwork and extra parts on my outdoor dining table, no knock on the door to let me know they were finished. We added the chemicals needed to operate and had a sample tested...perfect and ready for the season....mid June. Another week passed and they scheduled a final walk thru. Dan showed on a Tuesday at 9:15. As we walked to our pool we chatted ...he was "tired". We pointed out somethings that were wrong ( pavers collaped( not their fault but they could have informed us about it) jets pointed the wrong direction and one not even installed, and the liner not properly trimmed) He took pictures made excuses for the problems we incurred and said he would discuss it with his team and management. Never once apologized for never checking in or checking on our pool as it sat with two unusable liners. We missed Memorial Day and my daughter's birthday celebration without our pool. We were very patient during this whole process and only called once to check on the progress of the liner. As of today, I have not received any communication in regards to our experience. We totally feel as if we were just a number, not a customer. We are thankful our pool is finally finished, but were so disappointed in the service we received from Coastal.   Very professional and kind people and they did an amazing job fixing my hot tub, when no other company would try to fix it. I highly recommend them for all of your pool and hot tub needs and repairs.

  I rarely write reviews, but switching to Coastal Pools for weekly pool service was the best decision that I've made since becoming a pool owner. My prior service dropped the ball (again) with this year's opening. I called Coastal Pools out of the blue, they were happy to help, they do a much better job, and are much more professional (e.g., they don't try to rip me off with unnecessary replacements)! Thank you guys!

  We had our custom pool designed and installed last summer and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The design team made sure everything was exactly what we wanted and the process was flawless! No surprises or price changes along the way everything was to the T from start to finish. We used Coastal to close and reopen our pool. On a Sunday around 30’ I made a call bc we realized we needed to prime our pump and had air in the line. Waiting for someone to call me back to schedule I was surprised to receive a call from Jason who walked us through step by step how to prime the pump over the phone instead of scheduling someone to come out within the next few days. He stayed on the phone while my husband completed every step and we eventually fixed the problem ourselves. I can’t say enough good things about Coastal and every member of their team!!
