If you want to be screwed over just shop at Lowe's in Pocomoke.
On May 25th, 2026 (Memorial Day) my husband and I went to Lowe's and ordered 3 appliances. We bought a refrigerator, stove, and also a dish washer. Estimated delivery was June 19th. Okay great! June 19th rolls around and surprise no delivery. Instead they push it to July 10th. Okay cool, whatever, we wait until July 10th. The delivery driver comes with all 3 appliances but due to needing a shut off valve he will not leave our refrigerator. Alright we will call a plumber we said. Then he proceeds to tell us that our new stove won't fit. He measures my existing stove and says that our existing stove is 31 inches with an over top glass fitting and what we ordered won't fit. He said you all need a 30 inch stove. He never brought it off the truck or into the house, just stated it wont fit. He did advise us to order a 30 inch stove or smaller instead. I then asked can you atleast leave the dish washer? He did wind up leaving 1 appliance out of the 3. After looking at the receipt later that day I realized we did in fact order a 30 inch stove and proceeded to call the store. I spoke with a lady and told her what happened and she let me speak to the assistant general manager Attila and he stated he could not understand why they didnt leave the stove. He then told me they would go to the warehouse and look for the stove we ordered. 3 hours later the nice lady I spoke with stated they found the stove we ordered and that they would be sure to have it delivered with our refrigerator on the next delivery date of July 22nd. The only issue was due to the return on the stove it voided the Memorial Day discount as well as the warranty. After explaining to her that it was not our fault and that it was the delivery drivers fault and that we shouldnt be penalized she did find a way to honor the discount and warranty. We then called a plumber and within a couple of days they came and installed the shut off valve as well as our dishwasher. July 22nd rolls around and low and behold the refrigerator showed up with a huge gash and a huge dent in it. Also surprise NO STOVE. I called the store and they stated that the stove had been put back on the floor and that they reordered us a new one instead and that it won't be delivered until July 29th now. After really trying to keep my cool I told them about the refrigerator. I even called the corporate office complaint line and I spoke with someone who had a thick accent who proceeded to tell me that the refrigerator we ordered was no longer in stock and that we'd have to choose a different one. She then put me on hold for over 40 minutes and then transferred me to the automatic survey. At this point I'm defeated but also completely upset. I call the store back and speak with Susan and once again exhaust my frustrations. She stated that she would have Stefan or Chuck look into why the store is stating the item is out of stock when in fact I went online and it stated it had multiple left in stock but the store was showing 0 and she would have someone call me back. It's now after 10 pm and the store is now closed with not one call back. I have spoken with several people, too many to even name. The assistant general manager Tracy was even supposed to call me back (or so I was told) and never did. I eventually called back just to speak to Tracy or Attila just to find out Attila is in Hawaii and Tracy is off until Monday 07/27/26. No one at this location has helped me. Everyone has lied to me and we still only have one appliance which is my dish washer. At this point I had no other choice but to leave this review in hopes that someone, anyone, would be willing to help me!
