Everything was going fine until they just literally doubled my monthly price talking about market conditions! That’s bs! There are plenty of storage companies that are cheaper and do not double prices for literally for no reason so I will be moving my stuff in the next few weeks.
They say to call and no one answers! Forgot to add that this month only makes my 4th month with this storage company and they are already doubling my monthly payment!

I have held inventory for my job across the country in multiple different storage units and this by far the best unit I’ve ever had the pleasure of keeping our stuff in! Robert and Ms Carol run the best operation I’ve ever seen and absolutely deserve a raise ! They are the best and keep this place in tip top shape and treat everyone in there like family.
PS it gets hot out here, they need a kubota with AC to ride around instead of the golf cart!

They increased my rate but I did not get any notification about this increase. I checked my mail, email, and online account but nowhere did I find any notifications about this rate increase. When I spoke to the storage manager and he told me that they mailed it and it's not their problem if I did not receive it in the mail. He also said that he can't help me about this rate increase because it came from the corporate. Storage manager at this location is not only rude, but also very unprofessional.
