  I originally scheduled an appointment for opening our pool after answering all of the representative's questions about our pool honestly and thoroughly. During that call, I was told the chemicals would cost $62, and the total price for everything would be $500. I agreed to those terms and scheduled the service. On the day of the appointment, the technician, Leo, called while he was on his way and told me the chemicals would actually cost $89, saying the $62 chemical charge he didn’t have that package at the moment and asked if we still wanted to move forward. Although this was different from what I had been told, I agreed to the higher price and moved forward. When Leo arrived, he then said our pool cover cables would be an additional charge. After noticing that we have a fountain, he informed us that would also cost extra. At that point, it felt like the price kept increasing for things that could have been discussed before the appointment. We waited 10 days for this service, only to find out that the information I had already provided over the phone wasn't enough to receive an accurate quote. If the cables and fountain affected the price, the representative should have asked about those details during the initial call or arranged to inspect the pool beforehand. Instead, we were given one price over the phone and a completely different one once the technician arrived. This experience was frustrating because the pricing was inconsistent and not communicated clearly from the beginning. Better communication and transparency would have avoided the confusion and wasted time.

  Went to the front and a man named Connor was at the register and asked for a 50 pound bag of sand. He just said it’s in the Back and didn’t offer any help or direction where to set the sand down. Very dismissive and was more worried about testing a ladies water that came in after me. Rude will not be coming back. Zero customer service skills.

  Really good experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my pool without overcomplicating things. Prices are fair and the store is well stocked with supplies and maintenance products. Easy place to get what you need quickly.
