The staff is nice and i never have a problem with getting in touch with someone. The facility is very nice & is always clean. I also love the way the gates work, with the app! My only complaint is the price increase. That is why I’m giving 4 stars. My rate increased way too much over the almost 3 years I’ve been renting the unit. it’s been the same unit the entire time, so I’m not sure why they chose to raise it over $50 a month. You would think since I’ve been giving my money for 3 years, they would give you a month for free or something. Not over charge you, but I Digress. I would recommend this facility definitely, just keep in mind they raise the price over time!
