  I will NEVER do business w this company again; will never recommend them; and I warn all to beware. Bought a “floor model” from them when they were at the Fredericksburg fairgrounds in VA. first salesman was a customer predator so asked the manager to deal w us and have the salesman leave us alone. Asked about one of the models. Wanted a “plug and play” model. Nothing we’d need an electrician for just something simple we could plug into a 110 plug. Got a decent price; set up a day for delivery. They delivered set it up all except for plugging it in or putting water in it. When it was time to set it up my husband and I couldn’t find the plug. No “how to” brochure just a click website and learn - Fine no problem but annoying. Noted the plug was “under the tub” just needed to pull it out and plug it in. Rather heavy tub but husband lifted it. Nothing under the left corner where it was noted to be on the website. Ok tried the right side again nothing. Ok did but let’s take the panel off and see if maybe it’s in there. Nothing. Call the manager. Apologized. This model needs 240 won’t work on 110 - have to buy the wire separately. Ok wasn’t what we were told. We verified and reverified it was a “plug and play”. Sorry was an oversight on their part. They’d send the wire overnight - we would just need to wire it into the motherboard. Ok….um not what we feel comfortable with. Asked the contract an electrician for us tie have one of their service people come do it for us. No that’s not something they offer. I again noted our fear of messing with the motherboard as it could fry the board and we’d have a $7500 tub we couldn’t use. Told him I wasn’t happy and I was going to write a review on them noting the “bait and switch” he said he thought my reasoning for doing so was “silly” and did not merit a bad review. Noted it was very simple to hook up we couldn’t mess it up and it’d be fine. Ok we agreed to try it. Open the panel access the motherboard. White to white. Black to black and green? Um where does green go? Long story…..not so short I guess. We have a new hope tub from Hot Tub Inc in MD we cannot make work because we are not electricians, we cannot figure it out and the company is stating their “job is done” they delivered a hot tub. They sent the wiring they “forgot” doesn’t come with it and refuse to assist in any other way than “we can send you some free chemicals or a discount to shop at our store”. DO NOT purchase from this company unless you are or know an electrician as all you will have is an expensive “bathtub” and nothing more. I’m sorry if the manager Mark thinks this is a “silly” reason to fuss about them. Personally I feel let down, bait and switches, and left high and dry.

  My overall experience ended exactly how customer service should — they made it right. While there were frustrations early in the process, Jenna and her team stepped in, communicated clearly, followed through on her word, and worked to resolve everything professionally. That kind of accountability goes a long way. The delivery team was excellent as well. They were courteous, efficient, careful with the setup, and made the process smooth. You can tell they know what they’re doing and care about the customer experience. Even when an item needed to be replaced afterward, the team handled it promptly and without issue. That’s what matters most — not perfection, but standing behind your product and taking care of the customer when something comes up. Because of Jenna and the crew, I’m now able to enjoy my spa and appreciate the effort they put in to make things right.

  Stevenson’s Pools built our pool in 2004. Our original Jacuzzi pump and filter lasted 22 years and was still going not strong but going. We just had the tile and plaster replaced on the pool last year and decided to go ahead and replace the pump and filter this year. I can’t say enough about how amazing Stevenson’s was. The price was very fair and they were able to do it the same week I called them. The finished product looks fantastic and they even came back out to remove the chlorinator that I haven’t used in 20 years. You can’t go wrong with Stevenson’s. Thank goodness they are in the County.

  Thanks to HotTubs Inc, my pool is ready for the season. I’ve used HotTub Inc historically for opening and closing my pool and water testing - all without any issues. But at the end of last pool season, my pool pump stopped working. HotTubs Inc was able to help install a new variable rate pool pump before the season started, and the pool is already open for use! Would recommend them to anybody in need of assistance with pool needs.
