I want to recognize the outstanding service I received from the Lowe’s team Danta and Jardel. Their interaction with me was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, guide me to the right products, and make sure I had everything I needed. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer service made my shopping experience exceptional. Thank you for having such a hardworking and knowledgeable team!

I like the outdoor/garden section. My only issue is that my plant was on sale bit didn't ring up that way. I had to get them to chance the price.

We went to the store and selected a storm door. We paid to have a contractor come to our house and measure the opening to make sure the door would fit. The contractor told us that Lowe's would contact us to schedule installation. It has been six days, and I have not heard from Lowe's, so I called. I had to go through the online assistant to get to a person. The person who did pick up was pleasant, and she connected me to Millwork. I was on hold for about 5 minutes, then disconnected. I called back, and it happened again. I called back and asked for a manager; again I was on hold for over 5 minutes and then disconnected. I called back and asked if the manager could call me. I gave my phone number, but it has been nearly an hour and still no return call.

Cabinet install process was not great at all. Once you pay everything upfront, the store is finished with you. No need to go back there for anything. Ordering cabinets was about a 4 star although there were errors made doing the ordering process also. Lowes sold me a kitchen sink that did not fit my design. They just wanted to sell me more stuff I guess. The island cabinet did not cover the space of the old floor although I told them that it needed too. I had to replace my floor (I will take a little blame for not catching that myself). 5 of 12 cabinets had defects so they had to be reordered. Lowes refused to remove the damaged cabinets once the new cabinets arrived although they said they would remove them when the new cabinets arrived. Kitchen was full of boxes for 12 more weeks. 10 weeks to make the 12 original cabinets and 12 weeks to make 5 replacement cabinets. Really. Lowes use contractors who then subcontract. Three levels to go through when there is a unsuspected problem. This sucks. On the phone for 2.5 hours waiting for Lowes to give the contractors an answer only to wait again for the contractor to give the subcontractor an answer. Contractors and subcontractor did good work though. Contractors are only allowed to use items that were purchased from Lowes during the install process so make sure you purchase everything from Lowes if you use them. I will only use Lowes for small items going forward. Too much stress and I did not like the idea of paying for everything upfront. There were several other problems but I don't have the time or energy to chat about it. It's over now. Best of luck and less stress to the rest of you.
