PRO specialist Shalisa, Harry was exceptional and professional helping me with my purchase however, because of the mini issues that I’ve had with delivery, I decided to cancel my order. It has taken them a month to deliver my purchases when I decided to cancel the order after three weeks because of their many delivery and logistics issuesI i was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. after waiting nearly 3 weeks from my deliveries. finally, after receiving a portion of my delivery I decided to check around to see if I could get a better price on my purchase. And I was. when I went back to Lowe’s for the Price match I was told they will not be able to match the price because the purchase was longer than three days which I was not aware of. now I was willing to keep the 55 deck boards that I purchased and asked them just to match my price. The board were already in my driveway. All I was asking for was a price match. They refused to do it so I canceled my order and canceling my order that’s when I was made aware of the 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee was well over $500 but the money I spent on my total order was over $2000. I feel that Lowe’s could’ve met me somewhere in the middle and I would not have had to cancel my order after waiting better than three weeks and to this day I still have not received the rest of that delivery. even though it was a special order, and the only difference in the special order was the color of the decking boards which they did not carry in stock in their warehouse. I felt this was not fair to me as a consumer after waiting for almost 3 weeks for my deliveries, Lowe’s has to do better when it comes to their policies once again I’m only asking that they had met me in the middle of the road, all of this could’ve been avoided.

We went to the store and selected a storm door. We paid to have a contractor come to our house and measure the opening to make sure the door would fit. The contractor told us that Lowe's would contact us to schedule installation. It has been six days, and I have not heard from Lowe's, so I called. I had to go through the online assistant to get to a person. The person who did pick up was pleasant, and she connected me to Millwork. I was on hold for about 5 minutes, then disconnected. I called back, and it happened again. I called back and asked for a manager; again I was on hold for over 5 minutes and then disconnected. I called back and asked if the manager could call me. I gave my phone number, but it has been nearly an hour and still no return call.
