  We knew before we got there what we wanted and were greeted by Elizabeth. She was so kind and helpful and made the entire experience smooth. She explained everything in detail and it was the easiest purchase we ever made. She was extremely knowledgeable in the products and we did look at other furniture for future ideas. She is definitely an asset to your company!

  My husband and I have always had great experiences with La-Z-Boy of Owings Mills. This purchase of the Norton recliner was also excellent for several reasons. We needed the recliner quickly because I was having surgery requiring me to sleep in one. We knew which recliner we wanted and called the store hoping to make the purchase and get quick delivery. Vivian, our customer service person, helped make everything come together quickly and easily. She even helped to get the delivery set up so the chair was delivered in just three days. Pedro and Mario who delivered the chair were pleasant and very helpful. Not only do the get the new chair set up in our bedroom but took the old chair outside and placed it in the back of my husbands truck so he could easily take it to the dump. The recliner, a Norton rocker, is a good quality chair that made of excellent materials and looks lovely in our bedroom. It is not an electric chair but it is very easy to raise the foot rest and to recline the back of the chair to whatever position you want. For quality of product and customer service you can’t beat La-Z-y Boy.

  Excellent store with exceptional customer service, my sales lady was very sharp and on point. I could tell that she loves her job and her customers. I wish I remembered her name because she was so nice and a pleasure to be around.

  We recently bought a couch (Paxton) from La Z Boy in Woodbury, MN. 4 of the 5 pieces were delivered. The store manager said she needed to wait for their computer to update to reschedule the 5th piece that didn’t make it on the truck. I called back the next day she said computer hasn’t updated but she would follow up. This happened two more times and then I spoke with the sales manager who said the same thing. 5 days later we physically went back into the store to try and get some answered where were left more confused but hopeful that we would at least be communicated with on what was going on . On Wednesday, April 29th, 8 days after our couch was delivered. I finally had enough and called corporate. They said they see the issue in their system and will work on it and get back to me. In the meantime the sales manager at the store did refund our deliver fee for our inconvenience which we appreciated. Well, 7 days later we still haven’t heard anything and shocker, corporate didn’t get back to us either. We understand things take time but we would like to at least receive communication. So I call corporate again yesterday, May 6th and still no resolution but they promise to call me back in 2 business days. I hope this gets resolved because we love our couch but I will not be purchasing anything else from La z Boy at this time. We were looking at an ottoman and tables but after the delivery issues and protection plan that we paid for which is another issue, I do not want to give them anymore business. I would not recommend purchasing from LaZBoy. And if you do hopefully it is something you can load up and take home with you!
