The process was super easy and Becky Richards was extremely helpful in providing a tour of the facility and explaining our storage options (i.e. drive up, climate controlled, etc.). Just so happened to check online for rates and she even honored the online price. Again the process to reserve a unit and establish billing was fast and easy. Becky and Josh responded to our request in a professional, courteous and, timely manner.

Thank goodness because I actually needed to make a change. I called back, left a voicemail. Becky immediately returned my call. I later met Becky onsite. She was very informative and had a GREAT personality. She ensured I understood everything including the possibility of rate increases. I have 2 other ExtraSpace storage units and other cities. This is the First Time I’ve learned that there is an app. Becky told me about the cool features of the app. I have now downloaded the app. I highly recommend this location.
