    Not a great experience at all while trying to buy a dishwasher. When we went to even look at a dishwasher, it took a while for someone to even notice us. Then we picked out a dishwasher that was listed on the website and the app, but then was told we couldn't get it. That happened with 3 dishwashers. Finally, got a dishwasher ordered, delivered a week and a half later, only for the delivery guys to drop it and break the door. I called Lowe's only to find out it'll take another almost 2 weeks to get a replacement. Unacceptable. There is nothing they can do. I call BS! And the manager I spoke to at Lowe's did not seem to even care that I cancelled our replacement and was going to shop elsewhere. And they wonder why the "locals" hardly shop there. Most of the associates hide or ignore when customers come in. And no one wants to actually help keep customers happy. I will no longer be shopping at our local Lowe's in Oakland, MD.

    Man got to be one of the most confusing awkward laid out Lowe's I have ever been in like it works and everything but like man I was so lost. Most lows are pretty standard this one. Nah it's confusing as all hell

    Worse Lowes EVER!!! This is the second time within a week I tried to get plumbing supplies. And again no one would help me! They always said they'd be back. Yet I never see them again! Today I found almost everything but one item. I did get a kid to page customer assistance needed at my location. But nobody showed up. So I just left without buying anything. I had $300 of merchandise in my cart. I know this because thats what it cost me at the Lowes in Morgantown. Their employees were glad to help me! A nice lady helped me at the self check out. I could do it myself. But she wanted to help. The sad thing is, it wasn't very busy at all. At the Oakland Lowes there was very few customers at that time. On my way out I saw several employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing! I'm going to Ace Hardware or Morgantown Lowes for now on. They still act like they want to help people! I'm considering contacting Lowes corporate office. To let them know how poorly this store is operated!

    “Absolutely outstanding service at Lowe’s Oakland, MD (store 2800)! Kenny, Brandon, and Ellen made a huge difference for my husband who is physically challenged. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Kenny especially went above and beyond—taking extra time to explain options, offering helpful suggestions we hadn’t even thought of, and making the entire shopping experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. Because of their amazing help on our first visit, I came back just to make a small additional purchase so I could leave this well-deserved review (I didn’t have the original receipts). These three turned what could have been a difficult trip into one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had at any store. Thank you Kenny, Brandon, and Ellen—you truly made a disabled man’s day (and life) so much easier! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 that's 10 stars for their amazing service!!

    Prices at Lowe’s are definitely on the high side, which makes shopping here frustrating. On the positive side, many of the employees seem knowledgeable, and that’s helpful when you need guidance. That said, some of the staff really need to work on their customer service. On one occasion, when I asked a basic plumbing question, an employee made me feel mocked and dismissed instead of helped and another customer even chimed in to join the ridicule. That kind of environment is completely unprofessional, and it made me feel unwelcome. Because of that experience, I won’t be returning.
