  the lady “Leah” at the front office in the storage unit os the GOAT. you can do wrong. Showed me around the unit and different things. Thanks alot leah.

  I reserved a storage unit for today, only to arrive and find the establishment closed in the middle of the day. There was food sitting outside and a sign stating “Manager on Property,” so we waited while looking into other options. As we sat in the U-Haul we had already rented, a blonde female employee came outside. We asked if they were open, and she told us no. When we asked when they would reopen, she hesitated and responded, “Huh?” After repeating the question, she finally stated they would open in an hour. Mind you, it’s NOON. There are two vehicles parked outside, a sign indicating management is on the property, and customers with reservations are left waiting with absolutely no explanation. To make matters worse, her attitude was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than offering an apology, clarification, or any form of customer service, she simply grabbed her food and disappeared back inside. I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews, but experiences like this warrant one. We wasted time, gas, and money renting a UHaul, only to be met with a locked establishment and an employee who seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. If you’re going to accept reservations, the very least you can do is be available to honor them or communicate closures in advance. Extremely unprofessional, inconvenient, and disappointing. I will not be returning

  After dealing with extra space and their constant prices raises Route 1 has been a blessing in comparison. I spoke with Leah prior to purchasing and she was wonderful and super friendly. Overall just a fantastic experience!

  On 7/27, we arrived at 9:30am to purchase a unit after talking with an employee the evening prior. We came with our loaded uhaul that had a return time in the evening. The office was closed despite being there during their business hours. We waited there with our newborn for 30 minutes and also called the main number with no answer. We left a message and still today (8/1) have not received a call back. We ended up leaving because our newborn woke up and needed to be fed. After finally securing a storage unit at Extra Space Storage, it was past 11am at this point. The whole experience was stressful and awful especially because we have a new baby, a time crunch with the uhaul and with our older baby in daycare that has a specific pickup time. I would consider somewhere else if you don’t have time to waste or time restrictions. The whole ordeal costed us additional money (uhaul extension) and time. Lastly, not even a return call is a horrible business practice.
