- JLJocelyn LoveAug 3, 20265.0After dealing with extra space and their constant prices raises Route 1 has been a blessing in comparison. I spoke with Leah prior to purchasing and she was wonderful and super friendly. Overall just a fantastic experience!
- APAriel PoirierAug 1, 20261.0On 7/27, we arrived at 9:30am to purchase a unit after talking with an employee the evening prior. We came with our loaded uhaul that had a return time in the evening. The office was closed despite being there during their business hours. We waited there with our newborn for 30 minutes and also called the main number with no answer. We left a message and still today (8/1) have not received a call back. We ended up leaving because our newborn woke up and needed to be fed. After finally securing a storage unit at Extra Space Storage, it was past 11am at this point. The whole experience was stressful and awful especially because we have a new baby, a time crunch with the uhaul and with our older baby in daycare that has a specific pickup time. I would consider somewhere else if you don’t have time to waste or time restrictions. The whole ordeal costed us additional money (uhaul extension) and time. Lastly, not even a return call is a horrible business practice.
