  Terrible service without a smile, but with a grunt! Wow... this location use to be great to visit with knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff... but not anymore! The last couple of visits this past summer were bad enough, but when testing my water this morning, I encountered two workers that could not have been less interested in waiting on a customer, answering questions, or being of any assistance what so ever... in fact while testing my water he was more interested in playing on his phone than completing the water test... and I was the only customer in the store. I only bought a couple of the chemicals report showed I needed as I simply didn't trust his test results. I will most definitely being looking for a new pool store to work with... and suggest anyone looking for friendly, competent, and helpful service to do the same.

  This store used to be a 5 star pool supply store with friendly helpful staff. The new staff for 2020 is rude, unhelpful, they don’t seem to be very knowledgeable about pools, the store is a mess, and they act as if you are putting them out just to run a water test. I was a loyal customer here for about 6 years, no longer. Go somewhere else if you want to find helpful, knowledgeable pool people.
