the day i moved my items into the unit it was pouring down rain and flooding the area so i pulled the u-haul truck closer to the side door closest to where the unit was and that was a problem bc it was an emergency exit door (which i seen 2 other ppl use before/during the same time as me) so they made us go to the front (walking in rain) so then they had a problem with how close we pulled the uhaul up to the front side door and caused a lot of chaos when we were struggling as is to bring items in a timely manner (timed uhaul rental) and were making our move so much harder and complicated than it had to be. we were not even obstructing the emergency exit to where as though no one could pass so the constant coming up to me was very uncalled for. we all have a job to do and some people just don’t have compassion. the owner of the establishment is the only one i had contact with and didn’t like the outcome of what happened
