Manager is extremely unprofessional. She intentionally gave me misinformation. Twice. I have done business with several other locations, and had great service. Shannon even went as far as raising her voice at me over the phone. Her service lacks common decency and respect. I wish I could rate less.

My experience with ESS have been nothing but positive. Staff members are professional, pleasant, and helpful. I always read reviews when looking for a service, so I hope this helps someone. I would highly recommend ESS (Mddle River-I haven't used another location). Because of the service I've received from staff and the cleanliness of the facility, I gladly rate ESS 5 srars.
