We scheduled the estimate for the following day, and after the estimate was done, I received their proposal that night. AND they were able to fit me into their schedule the day after the estimate because a team was in the area! Initial request to job completion in 3 days. Absolutely astonishing. Working with Greentree felt like a white glove service. Every person I interacted with, both over the phone and in-person, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The service itself was also affordable, a cherry on top of a premium sundae.

They said they had priority contracts but should be able to get to me by the next day. Later that same afternoon they pulled up and started work with the chipper, sending someone for what I think they called the "grapple truck". In about an hour, the only sign that anything had happened was the damaged roof and the stump of the tree. It was amazing how fast they got it done.
