Note to Dashers: If you're picking up large heavy items, they are now refusing to help you load it. Even if you're disabled and using mobility cart. Getting things out of the car isn't too much of an issue, lifting it up into the car is the problem. This is a new thing and all the info I got was "the manager said no". I don't know which manager, but it's ridiculous. The carside employees literally get paid to load customer orders. Dashers don't get paid anywhere near enough to take any Lowe's order, let alone do their jobs for them. You would think that they would show a little situational consideration for whoever gets stuck having to pick up a million bags of rocks.

I dont recommend buying any appliances here, the whole experience from the begging was terrible, no help was offered.. by the time we realized we bought the wrong unit we tried to return it and because its past the 30 day return date were supposed to just eat 600 dollars.. wont offer store credit, wont offer anything except a embarrassing apology.. we will be taking all our business elsewhere from now on.

My experience at the store at first was really good, everybody was super helpful. Then went to go check out and that's where all the issue started. The associate wanted to do a price check on a lumber piece which was fine. Instead of calling a lumber associate, or using the device IN HER HAND, she insisted that we go out in the rain to get our phone to get a picture. We offered to get another price with the sticker, even found the sticker that fell off, but that did not suffice and she didn't believe it. She than begun to ring up the wrong item and input the quantity as 12. When we told her she rang it up to 12 times she had a smart mouth about it and insisted that she did not. Another associate came over, possibly a manager and it was all resolved.
When we asked her name she refused to give it and was not placed on her vest.
