  I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Annie in the Garden Center. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I approached her. Annie is very knowledgeable about plants and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and help me find exactly what I needed. What really stood out was her positive attitude and how welcoming she was throughout the entire interaction. It’s not often you come across someone who is both highly knowledgeable and truly cares about making customers feel comfortable and valued. She made my visit to Lowe’s smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Lowe’s is lucky to have someone like Annie on their team. I truly appreciate all of her help and wanted to make sure her excellent customer service was recognized.

  Poorly run and completely disorganized! I placed a pickup order and got an email saying it was ready then picked up. I called and was told it was an error and that I could still pick up at the desk instead of locker. I showed up hours later and there was total confusion about where my order was. I was left to wait around with no clear answers, then told to basically find my own items after having waited. Eventually someone went to “go get” my order—despite it supposedly being ready hours earlier. No urgency, no communication, and the staff was completely unbothered.

  Lowe’s in laurel has the worst customer service EVER!!!!! I waited on hold to speak to a manager for so long, that I hung up and called back, and still was on hold forever. I eventually called Home Depot, where they picked right up an was very helpful. Even though I had to ride a little further to get what I needed , I didn’t mind after that terrible customer service from Lowe’s

  Rating: 2/5 (would be 1 if not for Coritia I give her a 5/5) I tried placing an online order for delivery, but the bulk discount wouldn’t apply. Called the Lowe’s 800 number and spoke to “Judith.” Her solution? “Try a different device.” I was on my laptop—not exactly the problem. Meanwhile, the 2 PM cutoff for next-day delivery was approaching, so I had to rush to the store. Judith kept me on the phone for no apparent reason—almost felt like she was stalling so I couldn’t hang up and take a survey. When I finally got to the Laurel Lowe’s, I met Coritia at the service desk. She quickly rang up my order, manually applied the bulk discount, and saved my day. Thank you, Coritia! Lowe’s corporate, please train your 800-line staff better—and give Coritia a raise.

  “I placed an online April 11th and I picked a delivery date for Monday April 13th after paying for the order it changed the delivery date to Tuesday the I started calling Saturday went into the store Sunday to try to get the order changed to Monday and no one could seem to help so I agreed to the order being delivered on Tuesday at 6:30 with a 4-hour window well today is Tuesday I get a text message this morning so in order is going to be delivered this evening between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. this doesn't make sense and when I called the various phone numbers people were giving me they've been giving me the runaround. I ordered based on the closest store to me which was the Laurel, MD store and was given a confirmed delivery window. The delivery was changed same day without notice, which disrupted my schedule.
