Their website says I have 24/7 access because I’m moving from Pennsylvania to Maryland and I knew I would arrive later than business hours and I would be unloading all night. Well I arrive at 9:51pm and take one load upstairs and not able to access again all of my things were laying in the hall door wide open all night. And I saw people going in at 9:50 like me and I never seen them come out as if they sleep there. They had no problem getting my card number and taking my money but failed to mention they are not 24/7 access until and failed to mention there is no help after 10pm also they have 3 floors and only 1 elevator was working at the time. All over bad experience so far and I’m

Larry provided excellent customer service! After I reserved my storage unit online, he followed up with a phone call and answered all my questions. When I came in, he showed me the different unit sizes, explained the rental agreement thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything before I signed. The customer service is amazing at the Laurel Cherry Lane location. The facility is always very clean, smells good, and the staff is the best. The price isn’t extremely costly—very reasonable and fair. This was a blessing for my son and I while we were awaiting approval of our new place, our belongings were safe. I can’t speak highly enough about the team—Diana, Christina, & Larry are the best. .

I recently visited Extra Space Storage at 14435 Cherry Lane Court in Laurel, Maryland, and had the pleasure of working with Christina Davis, the Assistant Store Manager. From the moment I walked through the door, Christina made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
She took the time to answer every question I had, thoroughly explain the rental process, and personally show me several unit options so I could make the best decision for my needs. What impressed me most was her patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. She never made me feel rushed and ensured I understood the layout of the facility, access procedures, and all available options.
The facility itself is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and secure. I was particularly impressed by the controlled access features and the fact that elevator access is restricted, helping ensure that only authorized customers can access the floors where their units are located. That level of security gave me a great deal of confidence.
Christina’s customer service was truly outstanding. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire experience simple and stress-free. In today’s world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but Christina delivered exactly that. She is a tremendous asset to Extra Space Storage, and her dedication to helping customers is obvious from the moment you meet her.
If you’re looking for a storage facility in the Laurel area, I highly recommend this location. The facility is excellent, and Christina Davis provides the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Five stars all the way.
