  OK so I'm usually long-winded. I'm not going to be lol. The only thing i'm gonna say is that the manager at extra space.Largo, MISS M ,Gurl is the bomb Lo.L She is so compassionate, so understanding funny, caring just the epitome of⚠️⚠️ give her a raise indefinitely.⚠️⚠️ I love when we have a moment to have our little chats. And she's been so helpful when it comes to my mother's passing and sorting her stuff out and also personal other things. We talk about. And she's just gold, which I have only encountered a few times with other storage managers when I lived in another state. But as far as Maryland goes and my area of Maryland she is one of the rare gems 💎💎that this company has⚠️.. It's not every employee which she is way more than that. But it's not every employee who will take the time to ask. How your family's doing, how your aunt's doing, how you are doing? And remember certain things that you talked about months ago and bring them back around full circle in conversation And for that, she is truly appreciated by myself. And my family, no lie, no jokes. All so for real. She's irreplaceable.

  Extra Storage is the cleanest I’ve seen in a long time. The service team is always kind and supportive. Nicholas assisted me during my most recent visit - he was kind, efficient and resolve my issue with urgency.

  Downsized recently and needed additional storage space. Mary at Extra Space storage on Apollo Drive (MD) not only located a convenient climate controlled unit for me but she also reserved it at a comparable rate. This woman was working inside of the store by herself; a customer ahead of me and one on the phone. Mary was efficient, professional and courteous. If you’re shopping around for storage, contact Mary today. You won’t be disappointed.

  Since 2019, I have been using this Extra Space Storage location(Largo) and I will be the first to say it’s the best. While renting from other storage units in the area, I would often find my unit unsecured, dusty and littered with rodent and insect feces. But this Largo location has been awesome, every time I visit my unit it’s always clean, dust and insect free. And every time I visit, I’m greeted with a huge smile and warm welcome from a young lady named Maryam, she always keeps updated on my account activity, she helps me get in and out of my unit and is always very helpful. Thank You Maryam and Extra Space Storage staff!!! Yours truly Dr. Lendl Wells
