  I had a good experience at La-Z-Boy. The store is really nice with many options on display. The sales lady was really welcoming. I'm really happy to know there is one close buy. Not that I visit often. Lol, their recliners last so long.

  Ruth was our designer and she showed us a number of different selections to assist us with choosing the sofa that we all agreed was the best match for our room. This is our third furniture purchase from La-Z-Boy. The first one was 30 years ago and we still have those. recliners and people are surprised when we tell them how long ago they were purchased.

  We stopped by the La-Z-Boy store in Lanham, MD to shop for a new sofa for our new home, and shortly after we entered, the General Manager, Anthony, warmly greeted us and introduced himself. Since we already knew the style of sofa we wanted, Anthony brought over Ruth, one of the store's designers, to help us select the perfect fabrics. Ruth took the time to listen to what we were looking for, carefully selected several fabric samples, and worked with both of us until we found the ideal combination for our sofa and accent pillows. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine desire to help made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. This level of outstanding customer service is exactly why we have returned to La-Z-Boy for each of the last five furniture purchases for our new homes. Anthony and Ruth exemplify professionalism and exceptional customer care, and they made this visit another wonderful experience. We truly appreciate their outstanding service and highly recommend the La-Z-Boy store in Lanham to anyone looking for quality furniture and an exceptional buying experience.

  As soon as we walked in the store, we were greeted by Anita Thomas. We felt right at home and she was so caring and knowledgeable about what we wanted for our future couch. Highly recommend her for whatever furnishing you need!
