  I can't say enough great things about Anthony, the store manager at the Lazy Boy at Woodmore Town Center. He gave us amazing service from beginning to end helping me and my family pick out our furniture, while our small kids tested every sofa in the store on their own. Lol Even when our furniture delivery was a bit of a mess (twice) Anthony personally made sure they got it right and fixed everything for us. He was responsive, had such a great attitude, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to get it done and make sure we were happy. That kind of willingness to help after the purchase, during delivery, is so rare. Honestly, this was the best experience we've ever had buying furniture. He gave us the kind of customer service we haven't gotten in a very long time from any retailer anywhere. Because our experience was so good with Anthony, we have referred family and friends to him and are confident that he will take care of them, the same way he took great care of us.

  Chantelle and Ruth were awesome they were understanding and patient. They have lovely personalities and they have great personalities.

  The moment I entered the store I was overwhelmed with the beautiful furniture! My sales person, Ruth, was exceptional! She was courteous and very professional and knew her products very well. She made me feel at ease and comfortable about choosing what I was looking for which was a sofa. I'm so happy that I chose La-Z-Boy!!!
