My wife called to pay for the unit, they told her the unit was sold but further investigation revealed the unit was auctioned after the attempt to pay. Contents in the unit was worth thousands of dollars, I wrote them to remit the excess proceeds from the auction according to the Maryland Self Storage Act , they refused to remit the excess to date. Fraudulent set of people
