I have rented verious storage units over the past 15 years. Ranging from small spaces for my families personal items to having 6 of the largest units at the same time for my business needs. Believe me when I tell you that it has always been the same thing. Terrible customer service coupled together with even crappier units. But I have to say, this place absolutely surprised me. From the moment I reserved my unit to the time I signed the contract and inspected the storage space, everything was absolutely flawless. The manager not only went out of his way to get me the exact unit I wanted but he even took the time to walk me through the process of downloading the app, showing me how the to create my new profile, and even guided me through each of the features the mobile app provides. In all my years renting units, this was really above and beyond what any other storage company has done for me in the past. That being said, I couldn't be happier with the unit I have rented and the level of personalized customer service that I received. If your looking to rent a storage unit then look no further. This place is where you need to be!!!
