- TWTJ Wilkinson3 days ago5.0I hired Ayoub N&H to try to clean our king size mattress, that had coffee stains and had not been cleaned for 6 years. The team was professional, communicated well, and got the stains right out (which I thought was impossible). I think we are sleeping better now on the clean mattress. They also did a great job with our couch and several cushions.
- KKklnjc6 days ago5.0I was very pleased with the service provided by Ayoub. I have an old oriental carpet that I wanted cleaned. It was picked up and after the cleaning, Ayoub called and we talked about having the borders sewn. I had expected this would be the case. We thoroughly discussed the process and I gave my approval. Delivery occurred about 2 weeks later. I appreciated being informed throughout the procedure and was very pleased with the result. I will certainly contact them again if their service is needed.

They sent two rugs but not the rugs I had sent in. I called and talked with the gentleman who supposedly looks into mistakes in delivery and even sent a photo of the larger rug, which stated its value. I never heard back. The rugs they sent me are smaller. I’m upset because I really liked one of the rugs and I guess there is nothing I can do and they are apparently not trying to get this straightened out.
