  I purchased my rug through Facebook Marketplace. The previous owner had two cats and informed me that she had never really cleaned the rug while she owned it. Because of that, I wanted to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned, so I dropped it off at Ayoub N&H Kensington on 07/23/26 after seeing their great reviews. The rug was delivered to my home on 08/04/26. When the gentlemen opened it, it immediately appeared as though it had barely been cleaned. There was still a significant amount of dust, crumbs, and human hair throughout the rug. The delivery team was visibly surprised and disappointed by its condition and even offered to take it back to be reworked. On 08/19/26, I went to the location to inspect the rug before having it delivered to my home again. Daniel, a team member, rolled it out for me to review. Although it looked better than it had previously, there was still visible lint and dust throughout the rug. Daniel witnessed the issue himself and got a manager, Jerry, to speak with me. Jerry acknowledged that the rug had not been thoroughly cleaned. He explained that they have a new team that is still being trained on proper cleaning procedures. While he acknowledged that this was not an excuse, he offered to put the rug through another cleaning. At this point, I asked if I could receive a partial refund for the inconvenience, especially since this has now become a repeated issue and I have had to go through this process multiple times. Jerry declined and instead offered me a credit toward a future cleaning. I don’t understand why I would want to bring my rug back to this company for another cleaning when I have already gone through this process and the results have repeatedly been poor. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend Ayoub N&H, especially this location. I paid several hundred dollars for a professional rug cleaning and, after multiple attempts, the rug still was not returned to me in an adequately cleaned condition. I expected much better service and quality for what I paid. The photos anttached are from today 08/19 when I went to inspect the rug.

  10/10 customer service. Very nice men. Explained everything to me and ask permission before moving small things like my laundry basket. Even inconvenienced themselves on my account. If I ever need anything deep cleaned again, Ayoub N&H will be getting a call from me.
