  What an awesome experience!! Property manager Rashawna and Kmora were very professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Experienced an issue with my leasing agreement and they were a wealth of knowledge assisted me thru the process. Enjoyed the walk around and showing off the many units that suited my needs. Very impressed with their astute customer service. BZ to those two!! Again, an awesome rental/leasing experience!!

  When I made my reservation, I specifically asked the representative whether the 10x20 unit had large, wide access doors. I was told that it did. However, when I arrived at the storage facility, I discovered that the unit I had been assigned had the smaller-style door instead. The local facility informed me that a 10x20 multi-door unit with larger access doors was available. This unit was also available at the time I made my reservation and was offered at the same price as the unit I reserved. Unfortunately, because the promotional rate has since expired, they are unable to transfer me to that unit at the original rate. As a result, moving to the unit that meets the specifications I was originally told I would receive would now increase my cost by approximately $400–$600 over the rental period. Should have made it right. Manager said she would let me know if the prices goes down on the other unit, so I don't have to pay any additional costs. TBD.

  I have been renting here for quite a while, and I wanted to recognize Rashawna for the outstanding job she does managing this facility. From the moment you walk in, it is obvious that she cares about both the property and the customers. The facility is consistently clean, organized, and well maintained. That may not sound like much, but anyone who has rented storage units at multiple locations knows that it actually says a lot. I have rented from other storage facilities in the past, including one that was practically brand new when I moved in. Within a relatively short period of time, it became dirty, poorly maintained, and felt neglected. That has never been my experience here. Recently, I had an experience that really highlighted the kind of manager Rashawna is. While I was at my unit, I personally witnessed a customer sitting in a vehicle parked directly outside the sliding entrance doors in the loading and unloading area smoking marijuana. I watched the individual light it, and the odor quickly spread throughout the area. I called the office simply to make them aware of it. Rashawna thanked me for letting her know, and honestly, I thought that would be the end of it. In my experience, many managers acknowledge a concern, say they will handle it, and then you never know whether anything was actually done. To my surprise, Rashawna came outside herself shortly afterward. She took the concern seriously, checked on the situation personally, and addressed it professionally and promptly. What impressed me most was not just that she responded. It was that she cared enough to get involved and see what was happening for herself. That level of attentiveness is rare. It gave me a greater appreciation for why this facility remains clean, well managed, and pleasant to use. Properties do not stay in good condition by accident. They stay that way because someone is paying attention. It is reassuring to know that the person managing the facility takes pride in her work, pays attention to what is happening on the property, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Rashawna represents the company exceptionally well, and I hope her hard work and dedication receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you, Rashawna, for everything you do. It is greatly appreciated.
