Recently rented space at this facility and visited today for the first time to drop off items. I found the information I received in the introductory emails to be very helpful--especially the link to download the app. Even though I had an entry code provided in my introductory info, the app provided one touch entry access. Also onsite customer service was extremely courteous and helpful getting me oriented with my actual unit and the provided lock. Great experience.
