- TLTina Long4 days ago3.0Building is was clean. There are surprise charges when I arrived i.e. a $29 building fee and a $30 lock fee. I arrived after office hours with a loaded rental vehicle and had to pay these fees to check-in and gain access to my storage unit that was reserved online. Facility was not secure. Everyone had to enter and exit through one of the exit gates. The gate was locked in the open position for all vehicles to enter.
