  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time coming here, and I honestly had such a great experience thanks to Elijah! I came in with my daughter and really didn’t know how anything worked or where to start. Elijah immediately stepped in and walked us through the entire process. He was extremely patient, informative, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything, including the different services they offer, and made sure we were comfortable and knew exactly what we were doing. He never made us feel rushed or like we were bothering him with questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and takes pride in what he does. Customer service like this really makes a difference, especially when you’re a first-time customer. Elijah turned what could’ve been a confusing laundromat trip into a really easy and pleasant experience. Because of him, I would absolutely come back and recommend this location to others. Thank you, Elijah, for being so welcoming, patient, and helpful. Management definitely has a great employee on their hands! ⭐️

  I went to Clean Rite on a Monday night around 9:45pm. The parking lot was well lit with plenty of parking. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Ms Kieya. The facility was clean and not crowded at all. Ms Kieya helped me with the kiosk, which I greatly appreciated. There were plenty of dryers of various sizes and they were FREE!!! When leaving Ms Kieya thanked me and wished me well. I felt so special🥰

  I like this laundromat and it is conveinent and easy to use. I love the fact its 24 hours. The only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because on more then 1 occassion when i have asked to be buzzed in to use the bathroom it takes a long time to be buzzed in. Im not sure why so i wanted to mention that in this review. That just happened on this past saturday and i had to ask them again and it looks like they were up there conversating. They did eventually buzz me in.Other then that i really enjoy using the laundromat.

  I had a great experience at Clean Rite on Liberty Road. I was there overnight and needed some help with one of the dryers, and Kieya went out of her way to assist me. She was very pleasant, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made sure I was taken care of and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Customer service like hers really stands out, especially during the overnight hours. Kieya is definitely an asset to Clean Rite and deserves to be recognized for the excellent service she provides. I really appreciated her help and will definitely be back!
