He had me come out an hour away just to tell me he doesn’t have it in stock, we spoke on phone day before, gave him make model, made appointment, 😔😩

I highly recommend Auto Keys for key fob replacement. They were quick, accurate, and the price was less than half of what the dealership quoted. I am very happy with my new key fob.

had a very disappointing experience with this business. I purchased a set of replacement keys after losing all of my originals. They programmed the keys and I paid the full price without any issues. A few weeks later, my car battery died due to the cold weather. When I tried to manually unlock my vehicle, I discovered that neither of the keys had been properly cut to open the door. As a result, I had to pay another service just to unlock my car. I then returned to this business and asked them to properly cut the keys. They told me they did not have the key code and that I would need to go to the dealership, which would cost me even more money. This is something that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. I do not recommend this place. If you are paying for replacement keys, make sure they are fully functional before leaving.

Wasn't happy with the programming price ($120) considering it doesn't take but 2 minutes to program a 2011 ford escape key. I could've done it myself. They guy at the front desk didn't think I knew better. I wanted to see if they had integrity to which I found out they don't. It literally took longer to cut the key itself then to program it. Shame on you.
