  I was able to schedule an appointment w/in a few days of calling for my dryer vent cleaning and installing a cage cover on the exterior vent. I received timely email notifications and text/phone call keeping me informed. The technicians were very professional & friendly and highly recommend.

  Today after 40 years, I had my heating ducts cleaned by AirWhiz! Thanks to team leader, Carlos and the other two workers for a fantastic job. They took photographs before and after amazing difference 40 years of dust and dirt accumulated. They also did a great job cleaning my dryer vent and hose. While cleaning the heating vent, they also found And empty soda can from the 1970s that the builder obviously threw down there. Thanks again to the Germantown team. Photo of the old soda can they pulled out probably in there since 1977

  Recently used AirWiz for cleaning our dryer vent ducts. Our experience was fantastic. They were extremely courteous during the scheduling and accommodated us at short notice after a different company left us in the lurch! The technicians who came were professional, thorough and extremely efficient. The came on time, had the proper equipment and walked us through every step,. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves and left the area spotless. We will definitely use them again if the need arises

  Two crew came to my house to clean air duct. They didn't clean the supply duct thoroughly. They only blew pressure air at the vent meantime remaining negative pressure at the furnace, but they didn't remove the vent closure/cover and clean inside the supply duct at the first floor and second floor. The technician told me the reason for that is the supply duck is too narrow to allow thorough cleaning. I am not sure about if this statement is accurate or not, I will leave audience to decide. However, they did a good job to clean the return duct. So, I gave three stars to this company.

  Overall great service - very professional and communicative/considerate. We had birds in an exhaust duct, and the team handled it quickly and installed a new exhaust cover and cage to prevent the same situation in the filter. I wanted to have another one installed but they weren’t interested - that’s the only downside of the experience. Perhaps didn’t have the extra materials on hand or the time.
