Absolutely worst service for installation! We had our dishwasher installed and I thought it was odd the guy was doing something with the machine, he stopped when I walked by, when I peaked over he was cutting the seal on the washer to get it to fit!! Mind you I came home to a big leak in my house due to my last dishwasher! When I called Lowe’s they told me verbatim that installers are never to cut the unit, if it doesn’t fit, they should contact them. So u requested the machine be picked up and replaced, 3 days later they tell me Megaplumbing (never use) is sending someone to evaluate it. They finally come by and are surprised that this happened and said your machine needs a full replacement, we will contact you …. Another 2 days goes by and I ask Lowe’s what’s going on? They told me that megaplumbing reported the unit was fine and required no follow up!!!!! I go immediately to the Lowe’s store to inform them of the issue in Military Uniform and the plumbing manager said she would get back to me…. No one did … when I called megaplumbing they said they would come replace the seal… when I asked why did they report the unit was fine and I was getting an error code she ignored it. Finally, I get to someone that will pick up the unit and provide me a refund… they pick up the unit yesterday and I had to call to get my refund…. Guess what? Now they are telling me I am not getting refunded the installation fee????? I have served this great country for 26 years, if you want to thank me for my service, please go elsewhere!!!!

I visited the appliance section on 7/5/26. This was my second time working with people in this department. I had to redo my order because of a change in renovation plans. Every single person within this department was delightful, helpful, patient and professional. It was such good service that I was almost surprised by the caliber of the salespeople. I am forever a loyal customer when it comes to appliances. Excellent teamwork too!

What's with the negative attitude?
I walked up to a store specialist to ask a simple question. In response, I given "it's there, just look". Like uh??
I believe her name is Carol, not sure.
When I was unable to find it, I approached her again, because she was the nearest.
Apparently, this person (Carol) is a supervisor, and without acknowledging my questions, she just barked at another employee to help me to find what I was looking for.
Unfortunately the young men didn't know or was even slightly enthusiastic about the merchandise. I don't blame him, working under a terrible supervisor is not a fun.
The product I was looking for is available online only, and the store employees seem to not even know that.
I'm extremely surprised at it.

Frustrating to shop here. Nobody is ever around to help locate products in the store, and when there is someone, they usually aren’t helpful. I’m always amazed at how some people get jobs in a home improvement store without knowing anything about it.

DO NOT ORDER CABINETS or installation. Terrible experience. Waited months to get the cabinets. You will have to deal with Lowes installation team, contractors and subcontractors who will all pass the buck...if you can get them on the phone. At first I loved working with my virtual designer. But once he was done and passed the project on to the installers, I realized he forgot a few things on my order. Once the install happened, a couple of my Diamond cabinets had scratches on them. Right now, we're waiting on replacement doors. I liked the price point but I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
