Pablo the Manager is very professional, exudes positive energy, kind and very accommodating. He really tries to advocate for his clients. We were very appreciative in his effort to assist us with a reasonable adjustment of our monthly fees which was scheduled for an increase. He is great! Pleased we chose his facility for our storage. I really enjoyed the experience. The manager at the desk, Pablo is his name at the West Diamond location, he took his time and showed me step by step how to use the app, operate the gate, and how to use the lock. I find comfort in knowing my items are secured and safe. I will recommend to friends and family.
