Great store. I walked in for an online order pickup. There wasn’t anybody at the checkout counter, so I was wondering “where’s everyone?”. Then a store clerk came over and helped me. I was able to inspect it right there and then. There were minor blemishes and they gave me a slight discount. Friendly services!

I'm happy to have the container store in an area that I can quickly pop over to. Someone at the front greeted us as we walked in which was nice but the rest of the staff was not super helpful. Most of the staff were having very deep and personal conversations and completely ignoring what was happening around them. We stood at an empty register for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come only to see it was the two people chatting by some boxes who saw us standing there the whole time. We were interested in getting the closet system but the ladies in that dept were really into the conversation about their personal lives so I didn't really want to bother them. I'm guessing this is all because the store is new and probably slow. I've never had these issues at the other store on the pike. I'm sure it'll change when traffic picks up.

Upon stepping into The Container Store in Downtown Crown Gaithersburg, I was immediately met with a sense of calm and organization. The store is a testament to the power of thoughtful design and meticulous planning. With its well-organized layout, ample lighting, and spacious aisles, it’s a haven for those seeking to declutter and streamline their living spaces. I was particularly impressed by the variety of storage solutions available, from closet organizers to garage storage options. The cereal dispensers I purchased were not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, adding a touch of elegance to my kitchen. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the store and providing valuable suggestions. The Container Store in Downtown Crown Gaithersburg is a must-visit for anyone looking to enhance their home organization. It’s a place where practicality meets style, and where every item has a purpose. I left the store feeling inspired and motivated to tackle my own organizational challenges. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
