  We have been working with Terry Conway on the redesign of our front and patio landscaping with new plants, and the experience has been excellent from the very beginning. Terry’s communication has been outstanding throughout all of our projects, and she truly takes the time to listen to what we want while also offering thoughtful, knowledgeable recommendations on the best plant materials for each area. What we especially appreciate is her willingness to work with us in various phases as we continue improving different areas throughout our yard. Terry is patient, flexible, and thoughtful in helping us plan not only for the immediate redesign, but also for our long-term landscaping goals. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. You can tell Terry genuinely cares about both the aesthetics and the long-term success of the landscaping. We are excited to continue seeing everything come together and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for landscaping design services.

  Meadow Farms Nursery in Frederick is absolutely wonderful! The staff is always so helpful, courteous, and polite, making every visit a pleasant experience. They take the time to answer questions, offer great advice, and truly cared about helping my husband and I find the perfect plants and landscaping items. The nursery is well maintained, beautifully organized, and full of healthy, quality plants. It’s always a joy shopping here, and I highly recommend Meadow Farms to anyone looking for excellent service and a fantastic nursery experience. The manager Josh and assistant manager Paul were very helpful to make sure everything was taken care of, and Cullen, Aiden, and Marcus were all so hardworking and helpful. They assisted with loading plants, lifting a very heavy landscaping rock, and carefully placing everything into our U-Haul, which made the entire process so much easier. On today’s visit, Seth and Nick were equally wonderful. Both of them warmly welcomed me to the nursery and carried the plants out to the car. Highly recommend this nursery!

  When we moved into our home in 2015, our backyard was truly a blank canvas. By 2020, we decided it was time to transform the space, even though I was just beginning to learn about gardening and had no idea where to start. We reached out to Meadows Farms Nurseries and Landscape for guidance, and they connected us with landscape designer Terry Conway. From the very beginning, Terry took the time to sit down with us and really understand our vision. The only direction I could give was simple: I wanted an oasis—something so unique that no one would believe it was in our backyard. I also knew I wanted a water feature toward the back of the yard. Terry initially showed us a traditional rock fountain, which was beautiful—but I told her, “I’ve seen these in other gardens… show me something no one has seen before.” After a couple of meetings, Terry returned with a final design that absolutely blew us away. The fountain she envisioned was unlike anything we had ever seen—an artistic metal tree, with water flowing gracefully from its branches. It was bold, creative, and exactly what we didn’t even know we were looking for. Now, in 2026, our garden has grown into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. It truly is the oasis we dreamed of—one that continues to impress and inspire everyone who sees it. Thank you to Meadows Farms and, especially, Terry for creating something so unique and truly breathtaking.

  I am part of a group of sorority sisters who live in the Midwest, and our dear friend/sister lives in Frederick MD. She had a death in the family, but none of us could be with her immediately. We sought help from Meadows Farms to have some flowers and a gift delivered to our sister. The manager Jason went ABOVE AND BEYOND in *numerous* ways to not only send us photos to allow us to pick the perfect gift but even included a printed custom note to be delivered for us to convey our love and sympathies... and most especially made the delivery manageable before our friend left for the services. Jason was kind, courteous, helpful, understood the urgency and importance... wonderful in every way as he assisted us when we were trying to comfort our friend. I do not know if the need will ever arise to order in that area again. But, if so, the decision will be easy to return to Meadows Farms. And, I would recommend to anyone in that area who is considering a nursery to go to Meadows Farms first. No hesitation needed. Jason and the staff care about the customers and go above and beyond to provide great customer service and to offer a wide variety of products. I cannot recommend them enough!

  **Review of Meadow Farms (Frederick Location)** I recently visited Meadow Farms for the first time, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Marcus, who set the tone for a fantastic visit. Dominick was incredibly helpful as well; he took the time to answer my husband and my questions and even assisted us in loading a beautiful tree into our truck. Not only did Marcus and Dominick shine, but Aiden, Cullen, and a couple of other staff members (whose names I unfortunately can't recall) also contributed to our positive experience. They were quick to assist us with our inquiries, helped us get a cart, and made the checkout process seamless. The prices at Meadow Farms are very reasonable, especially considering the outstanding level of customer service we received. I truly appreciate the care and assistance from the staff, making our visit enjoyable and stress-free. I am excited to say that Meadow Farms will be my forever nursery!
