- CAChristine A4 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed in my landscape design experience. It took me two weeks to get on the schedule with the design person that called me. He was not warm and friendly at the appointment, but I assumed he would still do a good job. It took him two weeks to return the design estimate back to me after I reached out four times to inquire about receiving the estimate that I paid $69 to get. The estimate is so grossly overinflated for how much the plants will cost. Nearly $400 for hollies I can get for a $100 at the same nursery. I understand they need to make money on the projects, but the markup is truly ridiculous. I have tried to call 5 times to speak with a manager in the landscape design center and have not gotten a real person nor a call back. Now I have missed the window of weather to plant and I have wasted $69 and a month of my time. I am sorely disappointed in the design experience. I can only imagine how unprofessional the actual landscaping experience would be.

The flowers were very healthy and there was a great assortment. Loved that it was grouped by perennial and annuals. Was thrilled to get the 20-30% off during Memorial Day. Cullen, Avery, Dean and Melissa very very helpful and customer service oriented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I asked Macie for some help with plant suggestions and she pointed me to the Abelia Kaleidoscope. It’s a winner and we absolutely love the constraint against the house. She asked Cullen and Sat to help me load up the 5 plants and they were eager to help. Cullen hauled 4 plants by himself! Macie also knew what plants were coming in the next days shipment and I was back the following day to pick up Mexican Feather grass. I’m super happy with Meadows great selection and helpful associates. Thank you!
