I generally prefer Lowe's to Home Depot, but this one in particular never fails to fail me. There's always some piece of equipment like a saw or a paint matcher that doesn't work and I end up needing to go elsewhere anyway. Fix your stuff and staff your store so you don't have nobody there allowed to operate a saw. Don't worry though. I'm sure the auto responder that will tell me how much they care about my experience works fine.

Today (07/03/2026), I came in to rent a truck. I was met with Josue and he was so kind and patient with me. When I returned the vehicle, he was in customer service all by himself and there was a long line. He didn't panic or complain. This Lowe's is great. I bought a Barn Door Hardware set and followed the instructions. In the instructions the pre-drill hole they tell you to drill out was bigger than the actual lag bolts they give you. So I contacted Lowe's they said to come in and we'll make it right. And the night manager replaced the trim board that I ruined by drilling the holes too big and made a note to contact the manufacturer so they would update their instructions and to warn future customers if that's that was bought.

Placed and Order at 12:15 for a Roll of Tape that I needed for an Event this evening and I was too busy to run back out for... Unbelievably it was Delivered in less than two hours and in plenty of time... I'm only sorry that I missed the Driver... Dont ever use Lowes and trust anything they say, all lies just to get your money.
Called ordered cabinets.Requested cabinets that are in stock for quick delivery. Was told 2 day delivery. Scheduled my contractor there to recieve the delivery. Day of for no reason being told delivery is being pushed 4 days out with any warning and that the cabinets were not actually in stock. Forgot to mention spent 30 minutes on the phone just to get a run around. NEVER USE THIS LOWES

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
