With the youngest going to school, it was time to declutter and make room for the next stage of life. Securing a unit online was so easy. We came into the location to confirm my ID and met Devin from the front office. She was so friendly and so helpful and willing to answer every question my 9 year old threw her way. The facility itself is super clean.

I’ve been a unit renter since this location opened several years ago and have outgrown spaces many times. Devon (behind the counter) had been helping me keep track of upcoming vacancies of larger units the last few weeks as I was growing out of my current unit. I can’t say enough good things about Matthew Lunstrum at Extra Space Storage on Brookfield Court. My son and I were trying to load a large piece into our truck, but it simply wouldn’t fit. Without us even having to ask twice, Matthew immediately grabbed his tools and helped us disassemble part of it so we could safely get it loaded.
He truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who is so willing to step in, help, and genuinely care about making sure customers are taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and can-do attitude turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth one.
