    Best Customer Service experience! Brandy at the Frederick location is amazing! She helped me with a pick up. She was patient and walked me through the process to find my electronic receipt and even helped me load a huge mirror into my car.

    if i could 0 stars i would, I tried to speak to the manager!! Audrey. about a problem with our items and she was completely oblivious and didnt know the answers to any of the questions about the products and shed answer non confidently and would change her answer, she was utterly rude and i will never be coming back to this store. what a terrible experience and terrible customer service.

    Angie the manager is absolutely amazing! She was SO eager and kind to help my husband and I buy a christmas tree when there was a sale. She is so lovely and I have encountered her twice when shopping and every time she is an absolute DELIGHT. Thomas is so kind and sweet as well! He helped us pack it up and he was so funny and great to joke with. He had such a great warm smile. I love this location more than anything!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
