I reserved a unit 1am and surprisingly received a call from Tony Garrett, the Customer Service Rep at the location of choice at 9am. He was very pleasant and thorough with the information needed to sign an agreement. He provided options so I could be the most comfortable while visiting the building. I appreciated his patience and guidance through the process. The office was clean and cool considering the weather here in MD has been insanely HOT!! I would recommend this location for your storage needs. You will be taken care of!

Our unit at Extra Space Storage was excellent. We felt confident that our belongings were safe and stored in a well-maintained, climate-controlled environment. The staff and customer service were outstanding and easily deserve a 5-star rating.
My only complaint is the pricing. We locked in a low introductory monthly rate, but after that expired, the cost became unpredictable and increased significantly. I wish there was more transparency and consistency with their pricing.
Other than that, they took great care of our belongings, and that’s exactly what we needed.
