I won two storage unit auctions at this location. However I had to leave everything behind because the units were so infested with rodents. I could only salvage a few things. I had to leave my security deposit/ cleaning fee behind because I didn’t want to get sick from the overwhelming amount of urine and feces. I have bought over 200 units and I have NEVER left one behind.
I would strongly suggest Not using this location for any of your storage needs.
I will say this, the two employees were very polite. Although, they did contact the auction house and they banned me from the platform for 30 days. I get that some outdoor storage units have a rodent problem but not to this nature. Hopefully they can turn their property around for future tenants.
I hope this review helps auction buyers and future tenants.
