Owner very rude and disrespectful,Said his name was David Cummings,If that's the way he treats his staff,I feel sorry for them!He SAYS he was the owner and went into my niece's work and was very rude and ignorant about something that did not concern him!My niece was talking to her BOSS about something serious,He had no idea what they were talking about!Very rude and disrespectful and ignorant,Will be going above him to report this,Found out he's just a technician too, Saying he's the owner,This WILL BE REPORTED,AND if your coming in someone else's work,With YOUR COMPANY SHIRT ON, AT LEAST BE RESPECTFUL, YOU'RE REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY!AND if you have a bad experience Everytime you go somewhere,Why keep going there??? VERY RUDE IGNORANT AND DISRESPECTFUL

If anyone is in need of a pest control company, in my humble opinion, you need to look no further than Reliable Pest Control in Easton. Below I will share my experience. I should point out that I had the need to remove a huge hornet nest built between downspout and the house. I had previously disposed of a nest earlier, but it was smaller and in low hanging tree branch. I learned, first hand, you should hire a professional to handle a job of removing a nest with swarming hornets. Firstly, they were very easy to work with. I called them at 3PM yesterday, asked if they removed hornets nests. They said yes. I emailed a picture of the nest and I was told a technician would call me to discuss next steps. This morning at 8:15, the technician, David Cummings called. He quoted a very fair price and simply asked me to call the office to provide my credit card. I did that and David called back to let me know he could be there by 11AM. Secondly, they were on time and very efficient. As committed David arrived with his brother Eddy at 10:50AM. They explained the process they would go through very clearly. Within 15 minutes the nest was down, put in a bag, and ready to be carried away. They set my expectations for the next few days in that I would see scout wasps returning to the area, but after a few days they would stop coming back. Thirdly, from the person coordinating the visit to the two brothers doing the job, I have to say they were so professional, courteous, and just plain nice people. Finally, the brothers were experienced. David mentioned that he had been working for Reliable for over 15 years. When you can find a company easy to work with, one which shows up as committed, is efficient in getting the job done, has polite, professional employees who are very experienced that is the company you want to select. My call for pest control services will always be to Reliable Pest Control. Mike Walden - Queenstown, Maryland
