  Climate controlled, secure, tools on sight. Great service and friendly people! Update: Is what I would have said if this company hasn't been such a hassle to deal with. First thing, the unit we signed up for online already had a lock on it when we got there. Called and got it "fixed". Cool. Well, it turns out the "fix" came with getting double charged. Not only getting double charged, but not even for the correct amount. The 10 x 10 unit costs $170 plus $12/month in insurance. After tax this results in $192.92 owed / month. I had a charge of $200.33 taken out on the 26th of June which covered the prorated remainder of June with 1 month's deposit owed. Perfect. 3 days later on the 29th I get another unexplained charge for $198.33 as well - which looking at the billing history is a reconciling mess of debits / credits. Then on the first of July I get billed for the full month of rent for July as well. Their gate also broke down one morning and was not accepting anyone's code to get in so I called them to basically get told that I must be entering my code wrong and the guy would be there soon to "enter the code for me". Big surprise - the gate was actually down and his code didn't work either. I haven't even gotten so much as a phone call acknowledging that there's an issue here or a "hey we're working on it", and only just received a refund for $170 two weeks later because I've had to show up in person 3 times and called 4 times now. Only now to have gotten ANOTHER charge billing me back for this refund they JUST issued this morning. $170 isn't even the correct amount that they owe to refund. I don't understand why I also have to do their reconciliation for them.
