  If y’all need to turn your pool from green to crystal blue, Jay and his team are the people to see. My mom and I happened to run into Jay on his day off, and she had plenty of questions. We later found out he had only stopped by to test his own pool water, but he still took the time to stay with us for an hour, answering every single question. I highly recommend this location, they’ll guide you through every step of the pool care process and make sure you know exactly what to do. Just don't shy away from asking questions; my mom sure didn’t! p.s.shoutout to Jay, and thank you for taking the time to help us.

  Always a bad experience when Jay helps me, whenever I ask a simple question he will always respond with a nasty attitude and tone, I’ve asked around and I’m not even the only customer he does this to. Another thing is which is a major problem, sometimes my mother goes in to test our water, for context English isn’t her first language she always comes back from the store feeling disrespected because she says he talks to her like she is stupid because of the language barrier. I don’t think anyone enjoys being spoken to like that especially when they’re just asking for help in a business where they spend money at. Morgan and the other female who works there are always kind to me and my mother and never make me feel bad for not knowing everything there is to know about pools.

  This store and especially the person, Jay, who is always there to help, is just plain awesome. I stopped at the Leslie’s in Whitemarsh twice since I was in the area, and after those visits and the service I received, I will not be going back. The Leslie’s in Dundalk, I walk in the door and “Jay” greets me by name. He checks my pool water and then takes time to go over the results. My husband goes sometimes and he says the same thing, the service is great!!! Thank you Leslie’s!!! Thank you Jay for making a difference!

  Very nice sales staff! The young lady that was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was not sure about a product I never used and she pointed out a smaller size and it was definitely worth the money. It was what I needed for my pool! Thank you!
