When I called in and spoke with Letisha from Tennessee. She provided excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, warm, professional and she made sure to check around to get me a location very close to home. You can tell that Letisha enjoys working for ExtraStorage. She's my SuperStar! I'm very thankful that she answered my call. She spoke highly of Charmaine the Manager at this location. She was right about her. And she too is professional and warm. When I went to the site on Marlboro Pike,, I met Asia. She's a sweetheart! She had warm smiles for me when I came in. She was very professional and easy to talk with. Asia made sure I understood where my unit was, and she did it privately so the other customer wouldn't know where I was. 3 out of 3! ExtraStorage Owner, keep these three ladies, and you'll always have renters.
