It took the pros over two hours to get the sofa fully assembled - and they hauled away all the boxes (sooooo many boxes). LOVE the sofa. Had a great experience at Lovesac Columbia today. We'd been browsing/ researching on-line for a while and were pretty sure we wanted Lovesac. Jonathon gave us a great tour of all the options and listened us. We ended up getting exactly what we'd hoped for. It hasn't been delivered yet, but we believe it's worth the wait. Will update the review when it arrives.

He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process with ease. At no point was he pushy, and he gave us time and space to think things through. This is one thing I can’t stand about furniture stores and this store does not give off that vibe at all. Can’t wait for our sactional to arrive!
