  The variety of models and the salesman’s very knowledgeable assistance helped me quickly find the perfect chair fit wise that also worked beautifully in my home. The delivery was well orchestrated and the men doing it did a great job of set up.

  Columbia Lazy Boy sales associate, David, was great. We had many questions and spent a good bit of time with him in the store. Trinity, a designer, then came to our home to help us pick the best style and leather for our living room. We received color diagrams from her reflecting our choice in a depiction of our living room…She was great to work with as well. They both enabled us to take our time to make our decision. We felt no pressure, which was nice. It was a pricey purchase and we needed to make sure we were comfortable the final choice. I highly recommend shopping in this store for their highly rated products!!!!

  After stopping at multiple other similar stores we found the perfect set of recliners. The sales clerk (Scott) was the best, listened to what we were looking for, directed us to a few options, had fantastic knowledge of the items, gave us time and space - no pressure or hovering like other places. We quickly found the perfect chairs.

  I needed a recliner w push up function for my husband as he returns from the hospital after back surgery and rehab. The salesman, Scott, helped me identify an appropriate chair and was extremely helpful and kind and quick in getting it all taken care of. I heartily recommend him.

  Trinity from La-Z-Boy Interior Design was wonderful to work with. She was pleasant, punctual, and very friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our style and helped us select the perfect material for our sofa. Her guidance with coordinating carpet colors and artwork made the decorating process much easier and more enjoyable. Trinity was knowledgeable, patient, and offered great suggestions while still respecting our preferences. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional design assistance. Thank you, Trinity, for helping bring everything together so beautifully!
