Such as where there is better reception, parking and emergency exits, information that is very helpful. He is very nice and an enjoyable person to talk to. A number of dolly carts on site to use, which was incredibly helpful on my initial load-in at the beginning of the year. He was super patient with me when he was explaining how the key worked and I kept dropping it. So far I have been very impressed with how Extra Space Storage has operated!
