We just rented a storage unit here, and we're very happy with the rate, the rental process and the customer service. The facility is new, and very clean. Units are indoors, and access is through a secure gate. A loading dock is available for box trucks. Locks are provided. We rented online last night and came by today to pick up the key. Zack was friendly and professional. He gave us a tour and made sure we knew how to access our unit and lock it properly. Very happy with how easy this was, and we're comfortable with how secure our unit is.

I went to several storage places. In Columbia and their customer service is what got me. The man was pleasant and super helpful. From the beginning to the end. Zack I believe was his name. The facilities are clean and it seems very reasonable and safe place to storage. I’m very Happy with this facility!
