If i could give 0 stars, I would. The communication here is awful. If you’re looking for a company to tell you one thing and then not follow up, then here is it! So here it goes: I went online and made an in person free consultation with them. Annelise Sullivan came out. She was late due to traffic, I understood. We talked and laughed and we discussed things. I thought I was good to go because this was the first interaction and I should be good to go right? It went well I thought. I even applied with affirm and got an preapproval right then and there because I wasn’t sure if id finance or pay up front. I had options. I put down 100 usd that same day. The next interaction was a Steve or Steven, I can’t quite remember his name. He came out to remeasure what she had already done, the following week. He told me to reach out to her and let her know he was done. I was uberly excited. She said I’m busy with appts til late noon, I understood. She said I’ll get back to you. Also okay. Now to be fair, I’m in also in sales so my phone is constantly on dnd on my off day, yet my texts are on. She was made aware to text me, as she also joked about being in sales and having her phone on dnd. Okay great! She got back to me, right before she was due to get off I assume. Ya know, no communication so you’re left to your own thoughts right? I said hey since you’re pretty busy, is it anyone else I can work with? Crickets. She responded perhaps sometime that day or the next. I then simply asked for my money back. That 100 buck deposit is gas in my vehicle. I need it. Now here’s where it gets tricky, she said I can refund half, as the other half is for the gentleman that came out to measure. I said no. I’m no longer moving forward and would like a full refund. She said I can refer you to customer service, and my manager. She said your docs say no refund. I said where? Show me. I didn’t see it. I waited, no call. So I called customer service. They said oh we see you’re working with Annelise Sullivan, I said no, no I’m not. I no longer want to move forward, id like a refund. They said half as well. Then they said they can offer me my measurements. I said no. I’m no longer looking to get said window treatment. And again, they said no. Again, it’s been since Saturday of the weekend of the holiday when she said her manager comes back in the country and when she does, she’ll have them call me. Still, no call. I called today, left a voicemail as the phone screen asked why are you calling? I stated my reason and still, I’ve gotten nothing. So…on top of that, don’t ask for a refund due to wanting to cancel said project since you’re not a priority, that’s absolutely not going to happen. You’re not made aware of said policies until after you’ve already paid your money. Then, again, you’re not a priority. Who wants to be made not a priority and you’re shelling out so much money? At least apologize for being too busy to respond; not give a half assed apology and then carry the air of audacity as if I should just accept the energy you’re receiving. Next, don’t push off a customer who’s unhappy to someone above you, that’s obviously not going to concern themselves with infraction to begin with. To add salt to the injury, it’s been over a week and the resolution is yet to be resolved. So…here we are still waiting to be refunded. I’ve stopped shopping for window treatments because at this point, I don’t want to be taken advantage of nor not made a priority. I’m sorry you’ve had to read this long but if I can spare you time, energy, and money, I’ll try my best. If you don’t want to get, gotten over on, then absolutely do not shop at Blinds To Go in Columbia MD with Annelise Sullivan. Happy hunting!
